How it works:
Grinder is a high resolution ASCII style graphics converter with rich adjustment features.
Grinder takes an image, analyzes it and converts it to a character (text)
based image using HTML and CSS (created from a character preset or custom character
set defined by the user). With the image converted to text the user is able
to modify attributes, apply filters and convert the modified text back
to a new image and save it in high resolution or as a web page or just plain text!

Grinder is designed and developed by Lars Brandt Stisen -a hardcore computer programmer and creative freak from Denmark, now living in Berlin.

• Style builder for custom character set creation
• 8 preset styles affecting character sets (the Style builder), Filters, Modifiers, Colors and Complexity
• 16 preset filters each with a color palette of 6 editable colors and 3 filter modes
• Rich color picker with HEX, RGB and CMYK support for all palettes
• Modifiers for Complexity, Orientation, Brightness, Contrast, Saturation and Gamma Correction
• Character set: Code page 437 (the original character set of the IBM PC anno 1981)
• Typeface: Courier New (designed by Howard Kettler in 1955)
